Founded by Albert & Shirley Soo in 1959, Soo’s has remained a constant in the greater Jonesboro metropolitan area throughout the past 50 years.  From it’s original location in Nettleton, to its present day location in the University Center shopping center at Nettleton & Stadium Ave., Soo’s has always been at the forefront of providing quality pharmacy care and has maintained its commitment to serving the people of Jonesboro and Northeast Arkansas with superior customer service.

Always at the forefront of new and innovative services, Soo’s was one of the first pharmacies in Jonesboro to offer compounding & flavoring of prescription medications, continues its practice of free city-wide delivery services, and has a wide variety of seasonal and gift merchandise.  Soo’s was also one of the first participants in the Arkansas Blue Cross Diabetes HealthCheck program, offers medication therapy management services, offers adult immunizations and vaccinations, serves as a training site for several colleges of pharmacy, and has been recognized by local, state, and national organizations for its commitment to pharmacy practice and service to community.

“It’s our loyal customer base that has been with us since the inception of the store that keeps us plugging along despite all the difficulties and challenges that come with maintaining a locally-owned and operated community pharmacy,” says Krystal Soo, P.D., current owner.  “We pride ourselves in knowing all our customers by name, supporting and becoming an integral part of the local community, and helping people maintain happier and healthier lives.”
