CASA Carnival
Description: CASA of the 2nd Judicial District hosted its third annual CASA Carnival on March 30 at Nettleton Baptist Church. Guests enjoyed carnival games, bounce houses, live music and a chili cook-off. All proceeds from the event benefitted local children in foster care throughout Northeast Arkansas.
