Position Details: Shift Coordinator will organize, direct the daily work, and supervise the evening and night staff. The Shift Coordinator will perform the responsibilities of a staff technologist and supervise the staff assigned in performing various chemical, microscopic, bacteriological, and immunological tests to obtain data used in diagnosis and treatment of disease. He/she will insure that QC and performance of instrument is done per policy and assume responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgement. |
