 Buffy is a Cutest Pet Finalist! Jul 17, 2015 Congratulations to Buffy! She's a finalist in Jonesboro Occasions 2015 Cutest Pet Photo Contest, and she's counting on your votes to win!
Her owner, Austin Sandy says, "This is Buffy. She is 12 and is from Jonesboro. She is a Chow-Lab mix. We found Buffy covered in ice during an ice storm but we brought her in to warm up and she warmed our hearts! When she was young, her tricks included playing frisbee, soccer, and shaking hands. Now that she's older, she "tricks" us into pampering her in every way possible."
A big thank you to everyone who submitted a photo to our annual Cutest Pet Photo Contest. We had a record 325 entries, so it was very difficult to narrow down the submissions. After careful consideration, we decided on these top 20 local pets; from here on, it’s up to you!
IMPORTANT VOTING INSTRUCTIONS: Each of the 20 photos will have its own post on Jonesboro.com. On the bottom of each pet photo post, there is a place to rate it between one and five stars. The winner will be determined by the highest average star score. Voting ends at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 23. The winners will be published in the August issue of Occasions.
