 Delta Center for Economic Development to offer "Five Social Media Strategies for Non-Profits" workshop The Arkansas State University Center for Economic Development(DCED) is offering a hands-on workshop entitled, "Five Social Media Strategies for Non-Profits," Thursday, Aug. 5, from 1-4 p.m. The event is in Room 110 in the DCED, 319 University Loop West, on the ASU campus. Cost is $20 per person. "Social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and others are dramatically changing the way businesses market their products and services," said Jerry Smith, director of the Economic Development Administration, University Center for Regional and Community Development (EDA). "This is now businesses, organizations and consumers communicate in the 21st century. This workshop will show how to start a social media network."
