 Garland County Waste Department Implements SynTel’s AutoMail to Maximize Postage Savings, Improve Customer Service JONESBORO, ARK.- Garland County, Hot Springs Solid Waste Division, has implemented SynTel LLC’s AutoMail® to ensure the utility receives maximum postage discounts when mailing customer bills and statements.
