Billy Dean, a gifted songwriter and fabulous guitarist, will be in concert on Jan. 17 as part of the Fowler Center Series. Dean is recipent of The Academy of Country Music's New Male Vocalist of the Year and Song of the Year, a Grammy for a country tribute "Amazing Grace" and Country Music Television's Rising Star Award.
