Lab 1: Tuesday, February 26: Roses, Daisies, Grass, Baby’s Breath, Leaves
Lab 2: Tuesday, March 5: Cake Layout, Drawing, Fill-ins, Lettering, Tips
Lab 3: Tuesday, March 12: Cake Shapes, Pans, Cutting, Leveling, Themes
Lab 4: Tuesday, March 26: Stacking, Tiered Cakes, Designs, Royal Icing
