Local Law Enforcement Officers and Special Olympians will be collecting donations for Special Olympics Arkansas at the Highland Drive Wal-Mart as part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics. Please come out and support their efforts.
Special Olympics Arkansas mission is to provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic type sports for all children and adults with intellectual disabilities giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendships with their families, other Special Olympic athletes and the community.
