The First Annual Dana Jones Memorial 5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run will be held on Saturday, October 18th in conjunction with the Valley View PTA Fall Festival. The run begins at 8am at VVHS on the Valley View campus. A large portion of the proceeds will benefit the Dana Jones Scholarship Fund. Prizes will be awarded immediately after the last participant crosses the finish line. You may also register as a virtual runner so that your donation is made in her honor, you still receive a t-shirt and it is not necessary that you actually participate. Please register NO LATER than October 10th in order to get your correct t-shirt size
Dana Jones was a beloved 2nd grade teacher at Valley View and lost her battle with cancer last year
