Gluten-Free Cooking for Fancy Pants Foodies

This hands-on cooking class explores gluten-free ingredients and cooking methods for those with gluten sensitivities. Participants will prepare and eat a meal and bring home a gluten-free flour blend that they prepare. NOTE: Dairy products will be used. Please advise during registration of other allergies/sensitivities. Class will be held in a shared kitchen that has been used to cook gluten-containing products.
