| Other Information: | The festival is sponsored by the Hispanic Community Services, Inc. and is free and open to the public. There will be games, bouncy houses, sporting events and a petting zoo. Several local artists will be on hand for children’s face painting and arts and crafts. The Region 8 News weather deck will be set up as a central location for information and announcements. Local vendors will offer homemade tacos and tamales. There will also be hot dogs, snow cones, and refreshments available.The proceeds from the festival will support the activities of the Hispanic Center and contribute to annual scholarships for deserving students attending Arkansas State University. |
