The Jonesboro Pool Center (formerly the YMCA Pool) will hold a Grand Opening on July 2 at 11 a.m. A brief presentation will begin at 11:05 with the inaugural first dive by the Jonesboro JETS Swim Team to follow. The pool will open to the public at 12 p.m. Free hot dogs and chips will be provided by Jonesboro Radio Group, Andy's Frozen Custard will give away free samples and EAB will give away ice cream.
