To be mindful means to be able to intentionally direct your attention to something that is within your awareness. This skill has numerous benefits including increased positivity, reduced stress, and improved well-being. Biofeedback and coloring are some of the ways to train oneself to be more mindful. Join us for this free workshop during the Arkansas Science Festival!
