Summer Gala for the Walnut Ridge Children's Shelter

The Children’s Shelter of Walnut Ridge announces the upcoming Summer Gala on July 14th on Main Street in Walnut Ridge. The purpose of the gala is to raise money for the Children’s Shelter and to gain attention to its ongoing monetary needs. The Shelter’s Board joined with local volunteers to organize and promote the event. The Gala will have a live auction and food will be served.
After a recent announcement that the shelter might have to close it’s doors due to lack of funding, the Children’s Shelter increased the effort to raise more monetary donations.
