The Arkansas State University Small Business and Technology Development Center, Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Jonesboro Association will be hosting a workshop on E-Commerce in Jonesboro on Tuesday, September 7th in the ASU Delta Center for Economic Development on the ASU campus from 1-4 pm.
The Seminar, Website Strategy and Planning will be held in room 110 ASU Delta Center for Economic Development, 319 University Loop West on the ASU campus. The seminar, conducted by Joe & Christi Wharton, Wharton Website Design & Marketing will help attendees explore the strategies, techniques, technologies and best practices needed to create an efficient, effective marketing tool for their business. “Whether you are planning to create your own website or hire someone to do it for you, you need to know some key fundamentals,” said Herb Lawrence, ASU SBTDC Center Director. Attendees will also learn how to include their social media marketing efforts such as Facebook, Twitter, and blogs into their website for synergy.
Registration is $40 per attendee ($30 for Jonesboro Regional Chamber & Downtown Jonesboro Association members, $20 for ASU faculty, staff or students).
