Learning about wine is easier than many people think. Learning what you really need to know doesn't take long at all. Learn the basics of wine at Wine 101, one session, covering the wine world's most important grape varieties and where they grow best. From California to Europe to South of the Equator, we will taste and discuss the wines you need to know to make selecting wines easy and fun. This class covers grapes, regions, how to taste and describe wines and pairing wines with food.
