Nirvana Hot Yoga is sponsoring a Yoga Retreat on Saturday, Jan. 21 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Lake Frierson's Closed Pavilion. The retreat will feature various workshops including yoga demonstrations. Cost is $55 ($40 for students) and includes lunch and snacks.
