Twenty Bodies Found after Arkansas Flash Flood Hit
As of last night on Monday, June 14th, twenty bodies have been found in
the aftermath of the flash flood that hit the Albert Pike Camp Grounds
in Arkansas at approximately 2 a.m last Friday. The flood hit while
most were asleep, causing many to climb nearby trees in an attempt to
rise above the flood to safety.
Rescue teams have been working all week to recover missing bodies.
Authorities believe that the body found yesterday is thought to be the
last unaccounted one and was found in the Little Missouri River. Our
hearts and prayers go out to the families who have lost loved ones.
