What beautiful days, right?!We, however, have been watching them go by from the windows. The stomach virus has hit our house the last several days, and oh my word, the crying that comes with cranky little ones. In a moment of exhausted desperation, I was going to let London ziploc paint to help her pass the time. Ziploc painting is just putting some paint into a large gallon ziploc bag, sealing, and letting them "paint" using a q-tip or finger by pushing the paint inside around. It's GREAT for the car too, except I do use washable paint (just in case) and tape the top closed.

I saw a great idea online of using two or more colors in a bag to let them mix together to learn how mixing two or more colors will create a new color. I put red and yellow paint in one, and green and blue into another, then taped them to our glass front door. It's easy, fast, and perfect for anytime, but especially sick days when the LAST thing I care to do is clean up paint.
