Jonesboro, AR, March 22, 2010 – International of Jonesboro, Inc., the local chapter of the global professional service organization, is once again preparing for its yearly fundraising activity - the lunchtime celebration of Administrative Professionals Day.  Bosses are being encouraged to treat their professional administrative staff to lunch at the beautiful ASU Cooper Alumni Center on April 21 from 11:30 to 1:00 p.m.

This year’s celebration honoring the city’s best office professionals includes a luncheon selection from Loretta’s Catering and entertainment provided by cast members of the Imperial Dinner Theater’s current production of The Sound of Music. There will also be several door prize drawings and a special drawing for Altrusa’s world famous Freezer of Food!  Tickets are $25 each or can be included as part of a sponsorship package.

All proceeds from the event benefit selected charities selected by Altrusa membership. This year’s recipients are CityYouth Ministries; Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House; Jonesboro Church Health Center; Northeast Arkansas Children’s Advocacy Center; Women’s Crisis Center of NEA; and the Altrusa Club of Jonesboro, AR Foundation.

Sponsorship packages include company name or logo designation on the table, recognition in all advertising, recognition in the program with level of sponsorship designation, signage recognition of company name or logo at the event and verbal recognition during the event. Sponsors will also be allowed to place information or logo items on the tables.  Credit cards, debit cards or checks will be accepted. Seating at this year’s event is limited so it is important to purchase tickets and book sponsorships early. The following corporate sponsorships are still available:

  $500  Platinum Sponsorship – includes 4 tickets
 $250  Gold Sponsorship – includes 2 tickets
 $100  Silver Sponsorship
