Little Hands' Red and Black Bean Wolf Chili

The weather lately has been so perfect! This morning, we actually had to put on jeans and jackets to go play outside with it in the low 60's and a cool wind blowing. With this weather and season comes rainy days and chilly nights, football games, and pumpkin pie! So, what is better for dinner than a great chili recipe?! I made a chili recipe a few weeks ago that was shared in this month's issue of Occasions. You can find that issue online here on this site, or go pick it up at their office! Because this recipe is made in the slow cooker, like all good recipes, it's perfect to throw together in the morning and have for dinner on a chilly night or load up for a game night!

Red & Black Bean Wolf Chili

INGREDIENTS:
*2lbs ground beef
*½ large onion chopped
*1 Tbsp chili powder
*¼ tsp garlic
*2 cans red kidney beans poured in with juice
*1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
*1 can fire roasted Rotel
*1 Can tomato paste
*1 can whole tomatoes pureed
*1 tsp paprika
*1tsp oregano
*1 tsp cumin
*1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS:  Brown and drain ground beef. Put beef in crock pot with all other ingredients. Cook on low for several hours until hot and flavors blend. Put it on in the morning to cook low all day for game night!
